These Terms of Service govern your use of all products and services provided by Made in Graphic Ltd, including AmbientAI (YouTube automation) and SmartReply (AI WhatsApp customer support). By using any of our services, you agree to these terms.
Made in Graphic Ltd provides AI-powered SaaS tools on a subscription basis. Current products include:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where no service has been delivered.
AmbientAI operates on a credit system. 1 credit = 1 second of video. Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over unless purchased as add-on packs. Add-on credit packs are valid for 30 days from purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.
You agree not to use our services to:
Content you generate using our services belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Kling, Runway ML). Made in Graphic Ltd retains ownership of its software, brand, and platform.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Google/YouTube, WhatsApp Business, Stripe, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Runway ML. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made in Graphic Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
